Premier League winger Sorba Thomas walked away from a car crash near Hull City's training ground on Friday morning.
The 27-year-old's grey Land Rover Defender overturned on a road in Cottingham close to where the team trains.
Images showed the vehicle on its roof with broken windows.
Emergency services were at the scene and police asked people to avoid the area.
Hull City confirmed Thomas was unhurt and emerged from the car without any injuries.
The club said it was relieved to hear he was fine, especially after he just joined from Stoke City earlier this month.

A resident near the crash site said the impact woke her up around 8:30am.
She found the vehicle had landed in her hedge.
The road was blocked for hours, causing problems for people trying to get to work.
An NHS worker who lives there said he couldn't get to the hospital for his shift and that patients would miss appointments because of the closure.
Thomas signed for the club on an undisclosed fee with a contract running until summer 2030.
He represented Wales at the 2022 World Cup.
