PDP governorship candidate Ifeanyi Odii says he wants to improve life in Ebonyi by focusing on healthcare, education, farming and jobs.

PDP governorship candidate Dr Ifeanyi Odii has promised to improve healthcare, education and agriculture in Ebonyi State if elected on February 6, 2027.
Speaking to party supporters in Abakaliki on Thursday, Odii said the state belongs to the people and should be run by them.
He questioned why a few should control affairs for over five million residents.
Odii said his campaign will focus on issues, not personal attacks or hate.
He warned against violence and intimidation, saying no leadership ambition is worth the life of any citizen.
He lamented that the current government has weaponised hunger and poverty to control people and push youths into crime and electoral malpractice.
Under his administration, young people will be treated with dignity and given support to build futures they can be proud of.
Odii's vision is to transform Ebonyi into Nigeria's model of inclusive development with competitive industries, quality education, healthcare, productive agriculture and shared prosperity for all citizens.
