Peter Okoye has dropped a major revelation during his virtual testimony in the ongoing EFCC case involving his elder brother Jude Okoye.

Singer Peter Okoye has admitted receiving over $800,000 in royalties from SACEM for P-Square's music but says he didn't share the money with his elder brother Jude.
Peter testified virtually in court on Tuesday.
Jude and his company are facing fraud charges from the EFCC over alleged N1.3 billion and $1 million fraud.
Jude pleaded not guilty.
Peter claimed Jude took over three months to give him P-Square's royalty records when he asked in 2022.
But when confronted with evidence showing Jude sent the records six days later, Peter backed down.
He admitted he has no evidence of an earlier request.
Peter confirmed receiving the royalty report covering payments from 2016 to 2022.
He said he requested it because people wanted to buy the P-Square music catalogue.
He acknowledged getting about $800,000 from SACEM but insisted Jude was not entitled to it.
The money belonged to him and his twin brother Paul, he said.
He never told Jude about the payments.
Peter said Jude is not part of P-Square.
Jude only directed some of their music videos.
Peter and Paul composed, wrote and produced all P-Square's songs.
The court adjourned further hearing to December 8 and 9, 2026.
