Davido and Aliko Dangote were spotted together in New York as they showed off the Dangote Refinery on a giant screen in Times Square.

Music star Davido stood with Aliko Dangote, Nigeria's richest man, in the middle of Times Square in New York on Wednesday.
They unveiled a huge digital billboard to announce that people can buy shares in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery.
The big screen in Times Square displayed the message, "Made in Nigeria.
Built for the World."
Davido wore a black suit and sunglasses and stood next to Dangote in a grey suit.
They both pointed at the screen and waved to people watching them.
The Dangote Refinery is offering shares to the public so that everyday people can own a piece of the big refinery in Lagos.
The refinery is one of the biggest industrial projects in Africa.
Dangote called this offering an IPO for the people, which means he wants regular Nigerians and Africans to be able to buy shares and own a part of the refinery.
The offering started on September 14 and runs until October 13.
People can buy shares at N525 per share.
If all the shares sell, the refinery will get about N2.15 trillion, which is about 1.6 billion US dollars.
The minimum number of shares someone can buy is just 10 shares, so it is accessible to many people.
Davido and Dangote have a long friendship.
Davido has said before that Dangote is a mentor and family friend who has guided him throughout his career.
The moment created a lot of excitement on social media.
People praised seeing Nigerian business and entertainment coming together on a world stage.
People also noticed that Davido's wife Chioma was there at the event.
