Nigerian Afrobeat musician Rema has finally spoken about the rumours of a feud with Davido.
The Calm Down hitmaker dismissed the talk in a video on social media and noted he has respect for the experienced artists in the music business.
When asked about his relationship with other Afrobeat artists and whether he and Davido had problems in the past, Rema said that is just rumour.
He said from the beginning he has never had problems with other artists.
He said he has so much respect for the OGs in the industry.
He said he does not look for trouble with anyone and just wants to make good music without fighting.
“Davido and I have no issues; those are just rumours. I have so much respect for the OGs. Fans are always the ones starting things. I used to caution my fans, but sometimes the other artiste enjoys the comparisons and doesn’t do the same, so I stopped.”
