The photo-shoot marks GQ magazine's 10th anniversary and promises to show the star 'as you've never seen her before'.

The cover image shows Kim wearing nothing but the dazzling diamond engagement ring given to her by husband Kanye West as she is seen holding the leather jacket against her body, barely covering her famous curves, while smouldering into the camera.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also posed in a vintage car while sporting kinky thigh-high boots and a cut-out body suit, while another frame shows her wearing a bra, pull-up stockings and no knickers with an overcoat.

This marks Kim's first time gracing the cover of the magazine, although she starred on the cover of British GQ in 2014.
