INEC Opens Recruitment for 2027 Election Workers, Applications End November 18

The Independent National Electoral Commission has opened its online portal for the recruitment of ad hoc staff for the 2027 general election.

INEC announced this in a public notice on its official handle on Friday.

It said the INECPRES portal went live at 8am on Friday, September 18, 2026, and will stay open until midnight on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

Interested applicants can apply through the INEC website at inecnigeria.org, using either the mobile app or the web application.

Those using a laptop or desktop can go to the web version at pres.inecnigeria.org.

Android users can download the mobile app through inecnigeria.org/pres.apk or inecpres-app.com/pres-app.apk.

INEC urged applicants to use only these official INECPRES channels and finish their applications within the stated period.

The recruitment is part of the commission's preparations for the 2027 general election.
