A 35-year-old Texas woman, Cibelle Savella, has allegedly sh+t and k+lled her four-year-old daughter, Vivian, before turning the g+n on herself.

This happened just hours after she lost a custody hearing against her ex-husband.

She was supposed to hand the little girl over to her ex-husband, Aaron Savella, on Tuesday night.

Police say she instead sh+t the child inside her $824,000 home in Houston and then sh+t herself.

She survived at first and was taken to hospital, but d+ed the following day.

Houston Police Lieutenant Larry Crowson said the custody hearing earlier that day did not go well for the mother.

He said she came home, sh+t her daughter and then sh+t herself.

The Brazilian-born woman divorced Aaron in November 2024 after four years of marriage, and the two had been in a long legal fight over their daughter.

Court filings cited by the online show the latest ruling barred her from speaking Portuguese to Vivian unless a supervisor who understood the language was present.

She was also banned from attending the child's school performances and extracurricular activities.

The court ordered her to pay child support and cover half of her daughter's out of pocket medical costs.
