Adeleye Adeniyi, a mini-truck driver from Ado-Ekiti, says he borrowed N3.5 million to support the re-election bids of President Bola Tinubu, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele and Ekiti Assembly member Steve Fatoba.

He is known around town as the "Online Loan Man for BAO."

In an interview with journalists, he showed a Wema Bank cheque.

It was for N2 million for Tinubu, N1 million for Bamidele and N500,000 for Fatoba.

He says he is ready to go out and campaign for the three men

. He thinks their work in office deserves another term.

"I am supporting Mr President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his second-term ambition.

I have borrowed money.

I want to use this money to support him because he's doing a very great job," he said.

He also asked people to vote for Tinubu, Bamidele and Fatoba.

He praised Bamidele and Ekiti Governor Biodun Oyebanji for work in health, education, electricity and rural roads.

Adeniyi drew attention earlier this year when he took an OPay loan to brand his truck in support of Oyebanji's second-term bid.

He works around the BAO Timber Market on Ilawe Road.
