Jennifer Meyer, 49, has married Geoffrey Ogunlesi, 34, the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi.
The couple exchanged vows on Saturday, October 10, at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii, United States.
Meyer's former husband, Hollywood actor Tobey Maguire, officiated the wedding.
It took place less than three weeks after the two finalised their divorce on September 21.
Meyer and Maguire announced their split in 2016 and filed for divorce in 2020.
Geoffrey runs The Ogunlesi Group, a music and entertainment management company in Los Angeles that he started in 2022.
Its artists include rapper Young Thug, singer Charlieonnafriday, Broadway actor Myles Frost and Alabama Barker.
Before that, he worked at Warner Music Group and spent nearly nine years at 300 Entertainment, where he helped sign and develop musical acts.
He went to The Hotchkiss School and later graduated from Amherst College.
His father, Adebayo Ogunlesi, is a lawyer and financier who founded Global Infrastructure Partners in 2006.
BlackRock bought the firm in 2024 in a deal worth about 12.5 billion dollars.
Adebayo now works as a senior managing director at BlackRock and still leads GIP.
Forbes puts his net worth at 2.6 billion dollars.
Meyer and Geoffrey were first linked in the summer of 2023 and became engaged in August 2024.
They welcomed their first child together, a daughter, in June 2026.
Meyer also has two children from her marriage to Maguire, Ruby Sweetheart, 19, and Otis Tobias, 17.
