A woman has sparked a conversation about body confidence after questioning another woman's plans for more cosmetic surgery.

A woman has spoken out against the growing trend of body enhancement procedures, saying women who change their bodies may be struggling with confidence.
During a conversation with a younger woman who shared that she had undergone liposuction and fat transfer to her b¥ttocks, the older woman asked why she would want more procedures when she was already beautiful.
She said people who are not confident are the ones who keep adding to their bodies and urged women to accept how they naturally look.
The younger woman admitted that she once struggled with confidence but said she later became proud of the body God gave her.
She also revealed plans to get breast enhancement by February, saying she wants a firmer, fuller and rounder look.
The older woman shared her own story.
She said she used to feel ashamed of her height until she learned to accept it and grew confident in her appearance.
She told women that they need to be sure of who they are and of their bodies, and to be very confident about it.
