Deborah Savior, also known as Deborah Sylvia, says she knew her former boyfriend was an armed robber but denies taking part in any robberies.
She spoke on a TV programme video shared on October 14, 2026.
She was questioned after she was reportedly arrested along with seven suspected armed robbers.
She said her ex gave her one of his phones, and she later learned it had been stolen.
She said she only found out when she was arrested.
Asked if she knew he was an armed robber, she said, "Okay, I know."
She admitted she never reported him to the authorities.
She said the man got in touch after they had stopped dating and invited her to visit with her son.
That was when he gave her the phone.
She also said her first boyfriend had been jailed for robbery.
She denied going with the man to remove the phone's IMEI number, saying, "I've never followed him to where he removed IMEI before."
The identities of the seven suspects, the security agency that made the arrests, and the exact charges against Deborah have not been officially confirmed.
