A shocking discovery at a rehabilitation centre in South Africa has left authorities demanding answers.

South African police have arrested a 59 year old pastor and his 58 year old wife after about 200 people were found at an unregistered rehabilitation centre in Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga.
Officials from the Department of Social Development inspected the place on Thursday and asked the police for help.
The couple were arrested on Friday.
Police say they ran the centre without registration and did not meet health and safety rules.
Some people were reportedly crowded into small rooms, and some were chained to each other.
Many had sores on their bodies.
Fourteen people were taken for medical treatment.
The department described the conditions as gross and inhumane.
The couple face charges of kidnapping, running an unregistered treatment centre and breaking health rules.
Police say more arrests could follow.
They will appear before the Mdutjana Magistrates Court on Monday, October 19.
The allegations have not been proven in court yet.
