The military says its air strikes in the North East killed 103 ISWAP fighters between October 10 and 18.
The strikes also wiped out several supply hubs and storage sites.
Mohammed Goni, the acting military information officer for Operation Hadin Kai, shared the update in a statement in Maiduguri on Monday.
He said planes from the Army Aviation, the Army drone unit and the Air Component all took part.
The biggest win came on Sunday.
Air forces hit a hideout used by Abu Saleem, the ISWAP commander for South Lake Chad.
Later reports confirmed that Jindullah, his chief security guard, and Abul Kissa, a Shura Council member, were killed.
Other fighters died too.
The military also destroyed nine boat engines and several motorcycles at the site.
On October 13, a drone spotted a group of 16 fighters meeting with more than 100 others near Badu and Monguno.
A strike on that gathering killed about 30 fighters, but the military has not confirmed how many motorcycles were damaged.
The military says it will keep up the pressure to weaken the group and bring lasting peace to the region.
