Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed has made a bold prediction about who will lead Nigeria after the 2027 election.

Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed says Seyi Makinde will become Nigeria's president after the 2027 election.
He made the claim at a town hall meeting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on Tuesday.
He said Makinde, the Oyo State governor, and his running mate Dauda Lawal, a former Director General of the Department of State Services, will win.
He described the Allied Peoples Movement as a home for people who want a new Nigeria ready for the challenges of the 21st century.
He said the party is bringing forward some of the best people the country has.
