Fear has gripped a community in Sokoto State after armed men reportedly attacked a vehicle carrying passengers.

Bandits have reportedly stopped a vehicle carrying passengers back from Sokoto city and opened fire on everyone inside.
The attack happened on the road to Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
The number of people killed has not been confirmed.
Bakatsine, a conflict reporter who covers the North West, shared the news.
He also posted photos of some of the dead, but their names and the full death toll are not yet known.
Some of the victims may have been among 3,000 people the Sokoto State Government recruited and called in for screening and document collection.
There is no official word yet from Nigerian authorities on the attack.
The incident adds to fears about travel safety on roads in Sokoto and across the North West.
