Vice President Kashim Shettima has taken his campaign message to Cross River, asking residents to support Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu in the 2027 elections.

Vice President Kashim Shettima has asked the people of Cross River State to vote for President Bola Tinubu for a second term.
He made the request on Monday at the APC presidential campaign rally in Calabar.
He called the APC the most trustworthy friend the people could have.
He said the party has stood by residents over the past three years, despite what he called lies and propaganda against it.
Shettima also asked voters to re-elect Governor Bassey Otu and to back the party's candidates for the National Assembly and the state assembly.
He said leaders must return to the people with a record of their work and a plan worth trusting.
He ended by asking voters to vote APC from top to bottom.
