Michael Carrick may be in charge of Manchester United for the last time when they face Aston Villa this weekend.

His job is still under heavy pressure, even after United's dramatic 3-2 Champions League win over Roma on Tuesday.

United were 2-0 down at half-time.

Matheus Cunha then scored twice late on to turn the game around at a loud Old Trafford.

The win ended a run of nine games without a victory, the club's longest winless run since the 1988/89 season.

Diogo Dalot hopes the result can kick start the season.

He said the win should give the team confidence for the games ahead.

United could still finish the weekend bottom of the Premier League if results go against them.

The international break will give the club's bosses time to think about the long term.

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery was tipped as a possible replacement at United, but reports say he is close to signing a new deal with Villa.

Manchester City are chasing Arsenal, but their league position may not matter much.

City have been found guilty of more than 100 breaches of Premier League financial rules and could face a big points deduction.

They travel to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, a game that could be harder than it looks.

Forest, under Oliver Glasner, sit third on the Opta expected points table, even though they are much lower in the real table.

Arsenal host Hull on Saturday.

They have won 18 of their last 19 league games against promoted sides.

Tottenham's mood has lifted after three straight league wins under Roberto De Zerbi.

Less than three weeks ago, they were bottom of the table without a win.

They are now in mid table, just four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

Archie Gray credited the squad's spirit, saying the players get on well and the team's celebrations have helped build that bond.

Leeds, managed by Daniel Farke, have not won in five league games.

They have scored just twice in that run and have slipped to 12th.

On Friday, Everton face Coventry at 8pm.

On Saturday, Leeds play Tottenham at 12:30pm, while Arsenal host Hull, Fulham take on Newcastle and Nottingham Forest meet Manchester City at 5:30pm.

On Sunday, Brighton play Brentford, Crystal Palace face Liverpool, Ipswich meet Bournemouth and Sunderland host Chelsea, all at 2pm.

Manchester United vs Aston Villa is at 4:30pm.
