The shocking incident happened in the Russian capital city of Moscow where a driver had spotted the topless young woman sitting on the man’s lap.
Her actions also seemed not to disturb her partner, who was spotted showing the thumbs up in a gesture of approval.
Both of them appeared to be drunk despite the fact that it was a Saturday morning and it is believed they had been out on the town before hailing the yellow cab to go home. The footage has been severely criticized by many people.
