Fuel Scarcity Finally Hits Port Harcourt as Customers Sleep at Filling Stations (Photos)

Port Harcourt, Rivers State has been hit by the dreaded crisis of fuel scarcity which Nigeria recently recovered from after a protracted period of four months.

According to reports, the fuel situation in Port-Harcourt has turned from bad to worse and the power distribution company has complicated the scathing crisis with very poor electricity supply.
 
This is coming after the Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas (NUPENG) ordered owners of filling stations in the two states of Rivers and Bayels to shut down operations and join its ongoing strike.
 
A resident revealed that people have been passing the night at filling stations to buy PMS at cut-throat prices.
