The Silverbird Cinemas in Festac is booming with activities after the reported seizing of assets belonging to Senator Ben Murray-Bruce.

It is business as usual at the Silverbird Cinemas in Festac, Lagos since the reported takeover of three companies belonging to outspoken Bayelsa State Senator, Ben Murray-Bruce.
According to an
earlier report, the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) today,
seized assets belonging to the three companies of Bruce used in securing the loan. The companies are, Silverbird Productions Limited, Silverbird Showtime Limited and Silverbird Galleria Limited.
But, it seems some of the properties are not affected as the Silverbird Cinemas in Festac, Lagos openned for business as usual as at 10:30am Thursday, June 6, 2016.
According to investigation carried out by Tori News correspondent, the Cinemas opened for business and activities are going on there as normal. Some people in the building hinted that they have no knowledge of the alleged takeover.
