After his misplaced rant on Tiwtter where he acted on heresay that M.I dropped a diss line at him, Sauce Kid aka Sinzu has apologized to the Choc City Music Group CEO for reacting on impulse.
Okay, here's the origin of the gist. Some few days ago, a 'busy body' fan referred Sinzu aka Sauce Kid Baba to a song by Casper Nyovest's 'Doc Shebeleza' remix featuring M.I, claiming the 'African rapper number 1' took shots at him.
Without confirmation of any kind, Sinzu (real name Babalola Femi) went off the handle by lashing out at M.I on Twitter.
"M.i diss sinzu? He muss b sleepy. I aint a Comic rapper. My shit real.im coming fo dat ass", he tweeted.
Here's the line by M.I that allegedly was a shot at Sinzu: "Rest in peace to Senzo (not Sinzu)/I've been saving this game/n***as trying to take shot/..."
Apparently, the SMG rapper realised he was too quick to 'retaliate' as the line wasn't a diss in the real sense and he quickly went on Twitter again, this time, to tender his apology to the new Choc City Music Group CEO.
"I should hav reached out 2 M.I instead of goin off. I didnt listen 2d song. I reacted on impulse.dats my bad. Much respect 2 @MI_Abaga", Sinzu tweeted on Tuesday, June 30.
In an industry where everyone claims to be the best/dopest rapper alive, it takes a lot of maturity to realise one is wrong and follow it up with an apology. For that alone, Sinzu gets a thumbs up only next time, look before you leap.
