This lady has been described as the cutest female official of the Lagos State Traffic Managment Agency.
From the picture, she is obviously an aberration to the normal appearance of her male colleagues who are known to appear rugged and unkempt.
Some Twitter users have disagreed with the claim that she is the cutest LASTMA official but they are yet to come out with pictorial evidences of any who is cuter.
