The Queen of England has honoured three outstanding young Nigerians who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform lives.

Three outstanding young Nigerians, Olanrewaju Adeloye, Imrana Alhaji Buba and Olumide Femi Makanjuola, were on Thursday honoured by Queen Elizabeth II in a special ceremony at Buckingham Palace. The young Nigerians were honoured and presented with the 2016 Queen’s Young Leaders Award.
 
The young outstanding Nigerians were among 60 exceptional young leaders from 45 commonwealth countries who were honoured with the 2016 Queens’ Young Leaders award.
 
 
The award recognises and celebrates exceptional people aged 18-29 from across the Commonwealth, who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform lives.
 
By the end of this, the participants would have acquired more knowledge and support, in their bid to continue the impact they have had on their communities.
