The photo shows the heavily pregnant woman squatting beside her son as he holds up a black cardboard with some amazing words on it.
The words on the cardboard read: "My role as an Only Child is coming to an end cuz Mommy is due with my new best friend"
Obviously the boy is an only child who is about to become an older brother to someone.
