The rowdy session in the court room

Over 30 senators from the 8th National Assembly stormed the Federal High Court in Abuja to witness the trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his deputy, Ike Ekwerenmadu over the forgery of the senate Standing Order to suit their selfish interests.

Nigerian senators along with other attendees were pictured in the court room this morning, 27th of June, 2016 standing to witness the trial in discomfort due to the insufficient number of seats available in the court room.

Saraki and the other accused members have maintained their stands of being innocent of the charges levelled against them.
