we reported it here few weeks ago that Germany coach, Joachim Low, was caught on camera touching his private parts and sniffing his hands during his side's win against Ukraine during an EURO match in a video clip gone viral online and social media.
Despite apologizing for his earlier disgusting public show, in new photos and video clip making rounds online and social media, the Germany coach was caught again on yesterday during Germany's win over Slovakia sniffing his hand after putting it under his armpit.
