The people of Kogi State have been urged to support and pray for Governor Yahaya Bello by Pastor Williams Kumuyi.

Pastor Williams Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry worldwide has urged the people of Kogi State to support their governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello. He said this is important to enable him fulfill God's plans for the state.
Kumuyi made the statement on Tuesday when he was received at the Government House, Lokoja, as he said the emergence of Bello as Governor was for a purpose. He revealed to the governor that he was in the state with his entourage for a one-day crusade tagged: “Night of Miracle Explosion.”
He said: "I believe that our coming here will be a great blessing for this state. We rejoice with our executive governor, how God himself providentially brought him into power at such a time as this, in Kogi State, for a purpose, and that purpose that the Lord has in mind, he will fulfill it.”
Speaking at the reception, governor Bello described the visit of Kumuyi as historic.
