Talk of unfinished business...a Lagos vandal who was released from detention for stealing, has been nabbed yet again for stealing.

18 days after regaining freedom over stealing of Ijora Bridge crash barrier and railings, the Lagos State Rapid Response Squad have re-arrested a vandal over a similar crime.
With the latest arrest. many have suggested that the security officials shouldn't release him again, while others have mocked the thief for returning for an 'unfinished business'.
The identity of the suspect is not yet ascertained as at the time of filling this report.
