Some arsenal fans are currently in low spirits following strong rumours of the imminent exit of one of the fans' favourites.
Joe Campbell
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has told forward Joel Campbell to find a new club, according to Estadio Deportivo.
Campbell has spent time on loan at numerous clubs since his arrival at Arsenal in 2011, from Olympiacos to Villareal.
The 24-year-old made 31 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring four goals and creating six more but has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Emirates.
The Spanish news outlet also reported that Valencia are quite keen on signing Campbell, whose versatility allows him to operate on the wing if necessary.
Arsenal have been linked with a number of star forwards this summer including Alvaro Morata, Gonzalo Higuain, Alexandre Lacazette and Mauro Icardi.
