Suspected armed robbers today attacked some banks in the FESTAC town area of Lagos.
Suspected dare devil armed robbers attacked some commercial banks along 4th Avenue in Festac town, Lagos some hours ago. The incident is the second armed robbery attack in Festac town this year.
A resident who simply identified himself as Nduka, confirmed this to TheCable News, saying the operation took place at 4th Avenue.
“They have been shooting for over one hour now, and none of the security agencies has come to our rescue. This is the second time in the year that they will attack 4th Avenue,” he said.
The attackers were said to have invaded the town through the waterways.
