Omg! You Won't Believe What a Man Did After He Was Told He Cannot Borrow Books at a Public Library

A man who was told he cannot borrow books at a public library has gotten so angry that he did something chaotic.

The man, identified as Ryo Hirano, allegedly stabbed four people at a library after he was denied access to books.
 
According to police in Japan, he has been been arrested on a charge of attempted murder after the act.
 
WWWN reports that the 34-year-old Ryo Hirano, after being accused of stabbing two public library employees and two readers because he was told that he cannot borrow books.
 
Hirano was charged with four counts of attempted murder.
 
According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded around 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
 
Hirano entered the public library and selected several books.
 
When he tried to leave, a 51-year-old employee told him that he cannot borrow books because he was not a resident of the city. Hirano became angry and pulled out a knife from his pocket.
 
He then stabbed two employees and two visitors, aged 33 and 62. Another visitor called police, who arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect.
 
Hirano made no attempt to leave the building and waited there for police.
 
Luckily, the four victims suffered just slight injuries.
