A man who claims he is HIV positive and who has decided to get married, went to a major junction in Port Harcourt to make an advertisement for a wife (as seen above)
The man wrote down his number on the road in Rumuokoro junction, Port Harcourt asking for a wife to the astonishment of many people.
Many social media users have found the developement quite amusing.
