The Federal Government has finally completed Abuja-Kaduna railway project with President Muhammadu Buhari and other All Progressives Congress chieftains and stakeholders attending the commission event today, 26th of July, 2016.

It should be noted that the former President Olusegun Obasanjo did the 'architectural work' of the railway project while the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan administration largely actualized it with the APC taking over government in 2015 to put finishing touches to the transportation network.

Also at the commissioning were; Senate President Bukola Saraki, Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El Rufai, among other dignitaries.

Meanwhile, a new twist to the project commissioning was revealed when Nigerians stormed micro-blogging site, Twitter to thank the former President Goodluck Jonathan of the opposition party, People's Democratic Party for the good work that went unrecognized by the alleged propaganda of the ruling party.
