Embattled Abdulmumin Jibrin couldn't hide the smiles as he arrived the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission office on Monday to submit a petition.

After submitting his petition against Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara at the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) and Department of State Services (DSS) office today, embattled former chairman of Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin has gone to the Economic and Financial Commissions office to submit his petition for investigation into the alleged budget padding.
