had earlier reported that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has summoned Abdulmumin Jibrin, the sacked chairman of the Federal House of Representative committee on appropriation.
According to a photo posted on Twitter by SaharaReporters, the lawmaker has arrived the national heaquarters of the party to explain his allegations of budget padding made against Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, and 12 other lawmakers.
The invitation letter to the lawmaker representing Kiru-Bebeji federal constituency in Kano state, which was signed by Lawal Shuaibu on Monday, the party’s deputy national chairman for the north, asserted that Jibrin has brought “dishonour” to the party, owing to the public nature of his allegations.
