After much delays, the Nigerian team to the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil has finally departed.

Nigeria’s Dream Team has finally departed Atlanta for Brazil on Thursday by 7am ( local time) on a chartered flight with ‘VIP treatment’ according to the Media Officer of the team, Timi Ebikagboro.
Ebikagboro confirmed this after he posted photos of the team at the airport going through final boarding processes. He wrote on twitter: "Here we go." and added photos to it.
