Angry protesters from Warri have stormed the office of Chevron to protest and hold non-denominational church service there.

Angry protesters have stormed Chevron Tank Farm in Escravos, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State and held a non-denominational church service there.
 
 
The indigenes of Ugborodo community have been protesting for days over the non-recognition of Ugborodo Interim Management Committee by oil firms operating in the area and decided to make their grievances known with the unusual protest.
 
 
Meanwhile, some leaders of the community are also expected to hold a peace meeting with the state government, the Department of State Services and the Police towards resolving the issues that led to the protest.
