A recent research has revealed one secret fruit that can help boost the female s*x drive and make orgasms stronger.
Dailystar has reported that a one fruit can help women get more hornier in bed.
Researchers tracked 731 Italian ladies aged between 18 and 43 and found that women who ate more than one apple a day had hotter s*x lives as compared to those who ate less than one.
The study, published in the Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics journal, asked ladies 19 questions about their bedroom activities. The survey dubbed the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) included questions like how often they romped and how much they enjoyed each steamy encounter.
The team found that ”daily apple use is associated with higher FSFI scores in sexually active female patients, thus increasing their lubrication and overall sexual function”.
Scientists reckon the fruit holds libido-boosting power because of the naturally occurring flavonoid phloridzin which mimics the female sex hormone estradiol.
It could also be because apples contain antioxidants and chemicals called polyphenols which help increase blood flow to the vagina making it easier to orgasm.
Researchers said: “This study suggests a potential relationship between regular daily apple consumption and better sexuality in our young women population.”
Another way for women to get in the mood is to simply get more sleep.
Recent research from the University of Michigan tracked 171 ladies’ sleeping patterns and sex drives for two weeks. When women had more shut-eye they said they felt more turned on the next day, with those in relationships reporting feeling particularly horny.
Coupled-up ladies who spent an extra hour dozing in the sack were 14% more likely to have sex the next day.
The well-rested women enjoyed getting down and dirty more, as well as feeling better genital arousal, compared to those who hadn’t slept for as long.
