A man has stunned many people with his unbelievable at after he stormed a public place stark n*ked.

The man identified as Jeb Black, a 23-year-old man, stormed a public place wearing no clothes.
The police had to use a taser on the n*ked man before he could be arrested after he engaged in a fight with Fargo police officers.
According to KFGO, police officers responded to a call of a man with no clothes running down the sidewalk at 17th Ave. and 42nd St. South. That's where Black was found in a parking lot.
He attempted to push an officer and resisted as police attempt to take him into custody.
During the struggle, Black assaulted one of the officers by grabbing and squeezing the officer's testicles and then grabbed the officer's pepper spray canister. That's when police tased Black, who continued to grab officers' clothing and limbs.
The officers were eventually able to handcuff and restrain the Fargo man until more officers arrived to assist. Police say a witness told them Black had taken LSD prior to the incident.
Black was arrested for assault on a peace officer and preventing arrest. Other charges, including indecent exposure are pending.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. Thursday.
The officer and Black were both treated and released at a hospital emergency room.
