A 17-year-old boy has caused chaos in a Ugandan community after cutting off his own p*nis.
The boy (name withheld) happened to have contracted gonorrhea and was seriously hurting from it.
According to SDE, the boy had told his father about his infection but his father refused to help him out or pay for treatment.
The father was said to have been angered that the boy could contract a s*xually transmitted disease at such a young age.
The frustrated boy watched as his organ got itchier and leakier every day and finally decided to do the unthinkable.
The boy got hold of a knife and cut off his p*nis in their compound.
His screams reportedly atracted people into the house but he had lost too much blood and died shortly later in hospital.
The police officer commanding the district in which the tragedy occurred has explained that investigation is ongoing to see who else was involved in the unfortunate incident.
