Abdulmumin Jibrin, 39 who is a political scientist and politician retreated to his Kiru/Bebeji Federal constituency of Kano State to play football with some members of his constituency amidst his travails in the green chamber and rumoured investigation by security operatives over the padding of the2016 national budget.
