Access Bank Plc left its staff in a great mood after announcing salary increase in spite of the harsh economic challenges in the country.
According to confirmed sources, the increment was done on Monday by the Bank headed by its amiable Managing Director, Herbert Wigwe.
A staff of the bank confirmed the development as he said those of entry level and some others had their salary increased. The appreciative staff could not hide his excitement at the latest development.
"It's true, there was salary increment; all of us are so excited," he said.
It was gathered that Wigwe took to this kind measure to help those struggling with the harsh economic condition as cost of living continues to skyrocket.
