The Honorable commissioner for Urban Renewal, Karo Illo shocked people yesterday as he came to a public event riding a power bike with his wife to attend the Delta @ 25 celebration at the Cenotaph, Asaba.
People were left really shocked as many gathered to watch the drama.
Delta state is celebrating its 25 years of existence and as part of activities for the celebration, the state government organized a cultural parade. The commissioner stole the show at the event.
