His Royal Majesty, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi - the Alaafin of Oyo recently paid President Muhammadu Buhari a courtesy visit at the Aso Rock Villa in Abuja yesterday with his aides showing the traditional ruler utmost respect.

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina bowed in respect before the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi during his august visit at the statehouse yesterday, 25th of August, 2016.
Apart from the age difference between the Alaafin and Mr. Adesina, his posture portrays the African culture of showing respect for the powers that be.
Meanwhile, the Alaafin's visit was very successful as the President enjoyed tete-a-tete.
