A police constable has been arrested and charged to court for attempted murder after he shot at his colleague over an affair with a female colleague.

Two officers who are said to have been at logger-heads over a female police colleague, have taken their obsession to a whole new level which has resulted in a tragic incident.
According to a report by Nairobian News, a police constable based at the Muthaiga police station in Nairobi, has been arrested after he shot at his colleague who is under interdiction.
The two officers and their femae colleague were at a bar within the Ngara area when Constable Irungu accused Constable Patrick Thuranira of having an affair with their colleague, Constable Sara Gatonye, an arguement ensued and Irungu fired at his colleague but the bullet missed him.
The Police Authorities who disclosed that Thuranira was not armed since he is under interdiction, added that Irungu had been charged in court for attempted murder.
