A man who had the nerve to try to and rob people with a toy gun in Lagos, has ended up with much more than he bargained for.

The young man identified as one Moses Akpan, has been arrested by the police.
The 22-year-old suspected robber was arrested after he allegedly attacked some residents of Oniru, in the Lekki area of the state.
Akpan later confessed that he uses toy guns to rob his victims.
According to Daily Post, the Akwa Ibom State-born on Thursday dispossessed some residents of their valuables on Oniru Market Road at about 2pm.
Luck, however, ran out on him after operatives of the Maroko division trailed him to his house.
Confirming the arrest to newsmen at the weekend, the state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Dolapo Badmos, said the case is under investigation and the suspect will be charged to court.
“The suspect has also confessed to the use of a toy gun for robbery.
“Operatives recovered the toy gun and a refrigerator from the suspect’s house,” the PPRO added.
