Finally, the Delta State government has presented the staff of office to His Royal Majesty Obi Chukwuka Noah (Aniyemeze) Akaeze 1, Obi of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom.
Noah is the youngest king in Nigeria.
The teenager inherited the throne after his father, late Obi Akaeze Edward Ofulue III, was kidnapped and subsequently murdered by gunmen in January of 2016.
