According to his brother, Hilary Madu, a Nigerian gospel singer, Chijindu was shot in the face by armed robbers who left him in the pool of his own blood to die as they fled with his car.
But, God intervened in his matter as he underwent a maxillofacial surgery on September 1. Now, the man has miraculously survived. He has now regained consciousness after a successful surgery.
