The marathon rainfall currently being experienced in the month of September has hit Lagos State hard due to poor drainage systems.
One of the suburban areas in Lagos State - Igando has been ravaged by massive flood which swallowed up several cars.
A shopping mall in the area was not spared from the damage by water which affected free movement as well as other commercial activities in the area.
Some parts of Lagos have witnessed three days of constant rainfall which has made roads marshy.
